Automotive Detailer/Apprentice

CK Collision – Scarborough, ON

Key Responsibilities

Clean interior and exterior of the vehicle after painting is complete
Do a visual inspection of the vehicle, and coordinate any possible defects with the team
Install any bumpers, nameplates etc. onto the vehicle, as required
Pick up and deliver vehicles to/from the customer
Learn other jobs in the shop by observing and asking questions
Maintain the lot
Perform other duties as needed by the team
Begin an apprenticeship

Required Skills & Experience

Grade 10 or High school diploma
Strong work ethic; is committed to doing high quality work
Demonstrates an attitude of customer service
Experience in a trade or working with your hands
Preference will be given to candidates who are at least in their first year of a collision repair apprenticeship, and have experience with vehicle repairs

Strong desire to learn and improve

Willing to pitch in and contribute to the team’s success
Has a valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record
