We’re Here to Help

One of our managers or administrators will gladly assist you with towing, estimate appointments, rental car arrangements and any other questions you might have regarding the repair process.

  • At the accident scene contact your insurance agent/broker and then call CK Collision Centre for assistance
  • We will arrange for your car to be towed to our facility on your behalf
  • We will do a FREE Estimate of the vehicle when it comes into the facility (if personal repair)
  • An Insurance Adjuster will come to our facility and provide the insurance company with what they feel your car needs to be fixed
  • The insurance company may request a Checkpoint Inspection which simply verifies that the vehicle in your possession matches the information under the insurance policy.  We will take a few photos of the vehicle and fill out the form for you and give you and the insurance company a copy
  • If you come to one of our shops with your vehicle we will get you into a rental vehicle while your car is out of commission
  • CK Collision Centres will do the work as outlined by you (if personal repair) or by the insurance company (if work being done as a result of an accident).  You will receive a copy of the estimate based on the work outlined
  • We will give you an estimated time to complete
  • Upon completion we will walk you thru the work that was completed on your vehicle and have you sign off on the work
  • CK Collision will bill the insurance company directly for the work that was done based on the work outlined
  • Upon pick up you will pay your deductible directly to CK Collision Centres.  We take cash, Visa, Mastercard or Debit
